Hello and Welcome!
I love Munchlax! I loved them ever since I switched the channels and spotted May with a Munchlax. I sat up in my chair and said, "Hey... That looks like a miniature Snorlax!" Yes, you wouldn't be surprised to hear that my favorite pokemon was Snorlax. Imagine my pleasant surprise to discover that Munchlax was a pre-evo to Snorlax! Ever since, Snorlax has had to take the #2 spot for my favorite pokemon list.
I do admit, I don't want them to add a third form to the 'lax line. Munchlax and Snorlax are awesome but I do believe a third form would ruin them. I am not fond of the new pokemon that were added for 4th Gen - Magnezone, Rhyperior, Magmortar, etc. I did hate Electivire as well but it grew on me.
I can't wait for Heart Gold/Soul Silver to come out. I have never played in the Johto region so the game(s) will be entirely new for me. :)
